Very convenient
Linda’s Laundry Service is a very convenient and in a great location. I feel confident that my washing is cleaned and dried in clean machines. It saves me lugging it to the coin operated laundry mat where you have to wait around. I leave it with them and they call when it’s all folded ready for collection. I sometimes have some items ironed as well and I have found staff to be friendly and helpful.

The space runs on industrial Dexter machines that self-dose detergent and softener with every cycle. So there’s nothing extra to bring along.
We really got hooked on their drop-and-go locker system. This lets you leave your basket in a secure locker, and the team washes, dries, and folds it, then texts you when it’s ready for pickup.
Everything runs cashless too, and the dryers are sized well beyond what any household machine could manage.
However, they get busy on sunny weekends, and the extra foot and car traffic can make parking and getting there a bit of a hassle. Weekday visits are generally the smoother option.

Great facility
Very clean Laundromat good variety of washing machine and dryer sizes. Extended trading hours, feels very safe many restaurants near by. Machines self dispense laundry liquid so you don’t need detergent. There is a handy service that allows you to leave laundry in a locker and they return it washed for a fee, this is very handy for travellers who need to go out and about. Handy phone charging station as well so you won’t have to worry about bringing along a charger. Thank you for providing this great facility.

On the other hand, this is a coin-operated laundromat first and foremost. Cards only work when an attendant happens to be on site during the day, so it’s worth bringing along some handy $1 and $2 coins just in case.

Clean machines, kind staff
The staff is really kind, and the machines are clean!! I used this laundromat with my mother when I visited Gold Coast. It was a little difficult for us to use the machines b/c we are Japanese, but the staff taught us kindly how to work them. Laundry is a slice of life, but it was a very good memory. Thank you:)

Spotless and the machines looked brand new

Koala Park Laundromat is built around one seriously impressive detail: two 27.2 kilogram jumbo washers. Each capable of handling six baskets of laundry in a single 24-minute cycle.
They’re the only laundromat on the Gold Coast with two of these machines available to the public, which Airbnb hosts in particular love.
Beyond the machines, there’s a genuinely thoughtful setup here. They have a free book exchange, a shaded playground just steps from the entrance, and plenty of free parking around the building.
We also noted that both coins and card payments work across every washer and dryer, so there’s no need to plan ahead just to pay.
Unfortunately, if you use the 24/7 drop-off lockers, liability for lost or damaged items is capped at $20 per garment. It’s a fair policy for a self-serve locker system, just worth keeping in mind for anything particularly valuable.
