5 Best Osteopaths on the Gold Coast That Know Every Ache Has a Story

Practitioner Qualifications and Experience: I looked at each osteopath's qualifications, clinical background, and years of experience. I gave higher ratings to clinics with highly experienced practitioners because strong training often leads to better care.

Treatment Approaches and Specialisations: I prioritised clinics that treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions using different techniques. I also gave extra credit to practices that combine manual therapy with services like dry needling, shockwave therapy, or sports rehabilitation.

Pricing Transparency and Rebate Accessibility: I checked whether clinics clearly explained their fees before treatment. I also favoured those that made health fund claims and Medicare or rebate processing quick and easy.

Clinic Accessibility and Scheduling: I considered how easy each clinic was to visit when someone was in pain. Convenient parking, flexible appointment times, and weekend or early morning availability all helped clinics score higher.

Patient Communication and Holistic Focus: I looked for osteopaths who listened carefully, explained treatment plans clearly, and focused on long-term recovery. I also preferred clinics that offered practical advice without pushing unnecessary follow-up appointments.

Staying active is easier when your body gets the care it needs. Whether you’re training at rock climbing gyms, working with top personal trainers, or simply keeping up with an active lifestyle, sore muscles and nagging aches can slow you down.

If you’re looking for the best osteopaths on the Gold Coast, I reviewed trusted local clinics known for helping people move better, recover faster, and stay at their best.

Feel stronger with the right support today!

Highly recommend

Dr Jacqui is a phenomenal osteopath. After one appointment the relief in my lower back was significant. After the second appointment I felt as good as new! I’m very grateful for her amazing expertise and for the extra time she generously managed to arrange for me. I felt so at ease with her kind manner, but even more importantly she achieves great results! I highly recommend!

I felt such a difference

I had an osteopath treatment with Amity and I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough! She took the time to really listen, explained everything clearly, and worked so intuitively. I felt such a difference straight after the session — more mobility, less tension, and overall so much better. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and their wellbeing.

So thankful

Had my first Osteo visit yesterday with upper back issues. The day before was excruciating pains, I could not lie down in bed. Minimal movement. I saw Averyl Hintz at Optimum Wellbeing Centre the next morning & by the afternoon I could move much more freely, I could lie down in bed and the next day was a million times better. I am so thankful!!

Highly professional and effective

I’ve been seeing Josh for a few years now, and he is consistently excellent. He is incredibly knowledgeable and always manages to find the root cause of an issue rather than just treating the symptoms. Highly professional and effective—I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Highly recommended

I can’t recommend Chirn Park Health Group highly enough !

In particular my Osteopath Dr Deborah Calleja.

Deborah’s approach to her patients is the ultimate in professionalism .

Her wealth of knowledge and experience results in the patient receiving the most comprehensive ‘hands on’ treatment available – but it doesn’t stop there . The follow up course of rehab and assistance provided , ensures that the patient has every chance of full recovery and better knowledge of their bodies capabilities moving forward .

The best osteopath in town

Deborah Calleja  is simple the best osteopath in town! He was refereed to me by my pilates instructor and I couldn’t be happier with the level of care I am receiving from her. She is a top practitioner, extremely professional and caring.

Recommended

Chris is an amazing osteo, the most knowledgeable and honest out there, he doesn’t try to match KPI’s and sell product or say you need to come back every week, he will heal you as quick and best he can, would recommend Chris to everyone on the GC.

Super knowledgeable

Have been visiting Chris in clinic for a few years now. As someone who always comes to him with an accumulation of many niggles and pains, Chris always manages to get me back on track and back training in the gym asap. Super knowledgable and would recommend his services to all!
