I have been using this pharmacy since it opened. It’s service is the best I’ve ever come across. Heman the Head pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable and has taken time even when its really busy to inform and advise me on medication. He’s also very thorough and quick at dispensing scripts and never makes you feel as though your taking up his time. With more than 10 years in the game and raw ingredients sourced through certified, tested supply chains, their whole process feels genuinely dialled in carefully.
We ordered a custom-blended skin cream through them last month, and it turned up at my door faster than expected. Everything is formulated to our needs, not pulled off a shelf, right down to the exact ingredients and dosage.
Another plus for convenience is that they ship their products anywhere in Australia via Express Post.
On the downside, they’re closed on Sundays and public holidays, and they only have limited collection hours through the neighbouring pharmacy on Saturdays.

Since the same shopping centre houses Woolworths and Coles, picking up groceries and medication in one trip is genuinely doable here.
We also love the fact that they’re open seven days a week. And Thursday hours stretch later into the evening for anyone who can’t visit during the day.
Parking is the real trade-off. Being inside a major shopping centre means finding a close spot during busy periods can take a bit of patience, especially on weekends.
