During our assessment, we noticed how their high-tech laser tools help them create precise, lasting designs. Add to that their accommodation even with our difficult requests, and you could say we were happy with the service.
Plus, it was nice to see a luxury watch being engraved onsite with the customer’s chosen font and style.
On top of that, we love their central location near major stores, offering ample parking spaces for hassle-free visits. But, weekends are not a favourable time – it gets busy and staff get stretched, resulting in slower customer response.
Another downside is their high price. Most of the regular customers we spoke to visit Mister Minit for their expert craftsmanship and consistent quality, not for budget-friendly options.

We also love how flexible their custom options are, from the choice of colour to the font style, sizes, and designs, everything is tailored to your vision.
Plus, finding them was never an issue, just a quick 5-minute drive from the Pacific Motorway. Parking is a breeze, but public transport is limited – the nearest bus stop is a 10-minute walk away.
The thing is, for Yeti fans, you must buy Yeti items and engraving from them, as they don’t allow outside items. The same goes for those wanting to buy Yeti products alone, you need to book their engraving service – it’s a package deal.
Our order took four days (the standard is three to five days). Rush jobs cost extra but pricing is fair for the quality – not the cheapest though.
