When we tried their service, we were amazed by their wide range of services–from logistics to packing solutions. We were given a choice to pack items ourselves or have them do it for us.
If you prefer DIY, you can purchase packing materials directly from them, like bubble wrap, tape guns, fragile tapes, and more.
What’s more, we were impressed by how efficiently they provided solutions for every issue we had. When we experienced a tracking issue, they were quick to assist us.

We noticed that their point-to-point courier service is simple: you prepare the package, and they pick it up and deliver it.
If you’re in a hurry, they offer three different courier levels. There’s a General level for same-day delivery, Express for one- to two-hour ETA, and Direct for extremely time-critical deliveries.
To test this, we tried their Direct delivery, which was indeed a fast and smooth experience. We were happy to have our package delivered just on time.
Another thing we love is their GPS tracking and real-time proof of delivery. They kept us updated about our package, which gave us peace of mind.
However, their customer support could be better. Despite their advanced technology, no one answers calls on weekends.

Aramex Gold made it to our list because they provide fast, reliable, and committed deliveries—but it’s not only that.
We decided to try their basic package, which includes delivering your item to the address you entered or to the nearest collection point. The service was satisfactory for the given price.
The next thing we did was experience their signature delivery service. The only difference is that they require a signature from the recipient.
When it was delivered, we initially refused, but it was fine—their security wasn’t too strict.
We tried another service with added security. This time, a PIN was required to receive the package, which is ideal for high-value items.
After trying out all their services, we found that the basic delivery is the least favourable. It’s inconvenient if you miss a delivery and not ideal for valuable items because there’s no warranty for loss.

When we inquired about their service, we were impressed by how their customer support operates.
Upon inquiry, we found out that they offer same-day deliveries, express sends, and scheduled shipments. They accept most items except for hazardous and prohibited materials.
Another commendable thing about them is their tracking system. Delays are rare, but if it happens, there will be a staff member who will call you to explain the reason.
However, deliveries are not accepted during weekends. You can only make arrangements if scheduled in advance.
