Extremely patient and thorough
My husband had some eye issues and we visited Parker Hamilton. The Asian optometrist was extremely patient and thorough, and even recommended a specialist for further care, which we really appreciated.
Their equipment is very advanced, honestly the best I’ve seen on the Coast, even compared to some hospitals.

Rarest range of glasses you can’t get anywhere
Not only do they have the rarest range of glasses you can’t get anywhere, they are without a doubt, the best family owned business I’ve ever been to.
On top of Conan ( the owner ) being passionate and extremely helpful. Both he and his son Oliver stayed back 2 hours on a Sunday to finish off my glasses and lenses.
I have found my new home for reading glasses and sunnies.

They only offer a select number of frame styles, but in a wide variety of colours. I received a text a week later to tell me my multifocals were ready. Customer service was top notch. I made a last minute appointment which I was able to get. I was welcomed into the store and had my eye check with no wait time. I was then assisted to find the right pairs of glasses to suit. The whole process was seamless! It was easy and quick as was the delivery of the glasses! Estimated time was 1-2 weeks… I got them 4 days later! The Styles of glasses are modern and much nicer than those of opposing shops.
