Our firsthand experience with them was quite pleasant. By simply talking with their technician, we already knew that they were well-versed in various types of 3D printing services and repairs.
We asked them to design for us, and the team that handled our project was so fun and creative! Plus, they were quite patient with our endless demands and effortlessly provided the perfect output we needed.
Their pricing is reasonable, too, but the turnaround time? Not that impressive.
In one of the interviews we conducted with their past customers, many of them described their service as “reliable but not fast”, aligning with the company’s focus on affordability rather than rush orders.
In addition to that, we suspect their limited operating hours affect their workflow, causing delays in some orders.
Overall, it was a nice and fun experience with their creative team!

“Best lil 3D printing shop. I visited a couple days ago and they had a great selection of like $22 sunlu filament in store. I went in to pick up a nozzle and they were more than happy to help me. I got an MK8 6mm thread 0.4 mm brass nozzle and it was quite pricey but worth it.. trust me they print 1000000000X better than the cheap crap you get online. ($20 something dollars for 1 at 3Docity) I also purchased some of their many spools of sunlu filament. (They had heaps). I got cherry red and white PLA+. Overall great experience and this is now my fav printing shop.”
