Truly caring
Animal Emergency Service Gold Coast took excellent care of our Kelpie puppy, Crowley after he ran into a steel pole at full zoomie speed. He was in a lot of pain which they could see and immediately took him for examination and to administer pain relief. The staff were all very friendly, professional and did everything they could to reduce our anxiety as they could see were worried. Crowley stayed in hospital overnight for observation and they called us with an update that night. The staff are truly caring and we are very thankful for everything they did.

Accessible, professional

After our vet visit, we went to this specialist animal hospital, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the care we received. Dr. Lisa and Lucy took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the procedure and what to expect during and after. A huge thank you to Dr. Lisa for staying late to help Cheddar, even after her shift was supposed to end—it truly meant a lot to us. The best
We are very grateful to Dr. Gordon and the team for an amazing job for our beautiful boy Louie ( Samoyed) He had full hip replacement surgery on both hips, 2 years apart. They looked after Louie very well,nothing was to much trouble, during his stay at the hospital hi had lots of cuddles and attention.
It’s has been a week after surgery, he is recovering very well.

We’ve spoken directly to neighbors who genuinely appreciate that unhurried, thoughtful approach.
Even better, they conveniently handle direct GapOnly electronic claiming for most major pet insurance policies.
However, they only operate with very short Saturday hours compared to other clinics. Sadly, this limits their availability for urgent cases.

Chose this clinic over going to specialist and definitely made the right choice. Vet Katie is amazing and has a great way of explaining things to understand it. My puppy Evie had to have ultrasound and she made me feel very comfortable leaving her there with them. Highly recommend Coastal vets and their prices are very reasonable.
